A little about me.

I’m Lanie!

I grew up in Virgina with the Blue Ridge Mountains, lakes, and forests as my backyard. I like to play outside, get dirty, and take pictures. When I'm not behind the lens, I work as a ski patroller in CO and an ocean lifeguard in NJ. I love a fast paced work environment as much as I love being outside. See glimpses of home above!

My Photos.

I'm an event photographer by trade, but my favorite shoots are those where my clients and I get to play around outside. Natural lighting and beautiful surroundings are staples in my work. The rest? Well that depends on you.

My clients.

I love getting to make memories with my clients, learning their story and sharing in their celebrations. I myself am a bit camera shy, so I'm your girl if you don't feel comfortable in front of the lens. We got this :)

Interesting Fact.

My dad taught me how to use a camera during a one year attempt at homeschooling. While the year was an epic failure, I fell in love with my the art & cultivated a lifelong passion I still share with my dad. He's my biggest cheerleader, most honest critic, and the first to hear about every shoot.
